When in stock, Filmcells are usually dispatched within 24 hours and
are sent first class. Remember postage and packing is completely
FREE. Out of stock items will be
dispatched as soon as they are available. If a title is out of stock
it can take between 4 and 21 days for dispatch. Deliveries
usually take 3-5 working days.

Purchasing items
When you find a title you wish to buy click the “Add to Cart” button to add
the title to your shopping cart. The title will be displayed in the Shopping
Cart section together with its price. To delete a title from the shopping cart,
click on the x to the left of the title. To pay for the items click on the
Checkout button. This will take you to our secure server where, after logging
in, you can enter your credit card and delivery details.
Film Cell Returns.
To return a faulty Filmcell, please telephone our call center
0845 0309999 10.00am-19:00 for return authorization.
Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the invoice with your
return, and wrap the package securely. (Usually the bubble envelope in that they
arrive in can be used for the return)
IMPORTANT: PLEASE SEND RECORDED DELIVERY ONLY.
The maximum postage refunded for any recorded item refunded will be £2.00. We
will replace faulty Filmcell with the same title or refund back to a credit card
if the title is no longer available. Please note that our returns policy is only
valid for 14 days from receipt of goods.

Refunds.
You may return any Filmcell within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We
will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item
(please allow up to 14 days). Please note that we can only refund delivery costs
if the return is a result of our error.
Exchanges.
Unfortunately we cannot exchange Filmcells unless they are received faulty or
the wrong title is received incorrectly.
